We maintain Credit Risk Management (CRM) operations for leading Indian Banks, handling their debts from initial buckets to charge off cases. Our recovery process is primarily driven by tele-calling for initial buckets and the rest through Feet on Street (FOS) procedures.

We manage soft collections for various MNC Banks and HFC’s through our defined recovery process. We handle all buckets and whenever the delinquency is on an upward trend, we implement all available methods within the legal boundaries and scale it down to tolerance. Since we take care of these issues at the ‘grass roots’ our entire array of activities are well complimented by FI’s and Banks.
b) Securitization and Asset Enforcement
A very distinct Indian development is the enactment of certain Indian Government legislation, which empowers Credit Institutions to take over secured assets (movable or immovable) without recourse to litigation. Lending institutions look to asset reconstruction and recovery agencies for support and guidance to go through statutory procedures for take over and sale of secured assets for eventual liquidation of NPA’s.
c) Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
“We fully endorse bank’s and” financial institution’s views on the mechanism of arbitration as an effective and cost effective tool to resolve disputes. We establish the contact details of the debtor , and then we commence our tele-calling. The tele-callers are proficiently trained in negotiation and closing techniques and are experienced with the nuances of the recovery business. Our tele-calling response percentage averages around 60-65%, which is certainly a benchmark in the industry. The call effectiveness ratio is monitored periodically and productively enhanced through continuous training.
